Recently had Jon and the fellas in to completely update our antiquated and under powered home furnace (heat pump, heated floor pump, water heater, storage tank, 3 zone thermostat, etc… THE WORKS). We chose Jon because of how responsive he was to the lead up into renovations. At one point we were without heat and he came over to repair the old system; Saturday morning we called and he detoured from a family obligation to ensure we had heat. Quote was fair, work was done within the timelines they quoted. Called 3-4 times during the job after hours, Jon answered every time and answered all questions. Our furnace gave out the morning of a cold snap. Jon was there the same day that afternoon, and had a new high-efficiency furnace installed the very next day at a price that beat the major providers. I thought furnace replacement would be this involved process but it was smooth and fast. He and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and stand by their work. Over the Thanksgiving Weekend a part in our old Furnace Cracked and was expelling Carbon Monoxide! My Family and I were able to Evacuate thanks to my CO Detector with Digital Reader prior to Emergency Services promptly arriving. Upon re-grouping and accessing the Incident my In-Laws referred me to Jonathan from Tier 1 HVAC. Jonathan was able to visit our home on a Holiday and provide us a good and honest Quote to own a new Furnace.
